Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used nail powders are final sale and non-returnable. Returns are only accepted on nail powders that are unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact support@cremecrylics.com within 5 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchange items are only accepted on nail powders that are unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
This right applies only to nail powders that are unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used nail powders are not eligible for return, even within the 14-day cooling-off period.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
By opening or using a nail powder, you waive your right to return the item under the EU cooling-off period.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
